It's very easy. Firstly, you need to create an account for a person who will be able to access your projects - you can use an unlimited number of accounts. Having created the account, you can assign the person to the project. Using the same user name and password the person will be able to access both his Springloops web account and his project repository via a Subversion client (your code is stored there). If the person is not assigned to other your projects, he won't be able to access them. But if you assign him to another project team, he will be able to access the new project using the same login and password.

Yes, you can. Your whole repository/source code dump can be downloaded with one click. You should do this before canceling your account, if our service does not satisfy your needs.
